Acrobatic Arts

Description

Acro and Tumbling classes are available from Mini Acro right through to advanced-level acrobatics, with classes suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities.

Students develop strong technical foundations while working on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and control, progressing through exciting acrobatic skills, tricks, tumbling, balances and combinations.

With experienced teaching, a strong focus on safe progression and plenty of encouragement, our classes help students build confidence, achieve new skills and challenge themselves as they progress to the next level.
